Pulselight is working with existing customers to uncover bad actors taking advantage of our limited resources, new policies, and government action that was implemented to put people first.
Program Fraud, Waste and Abuse: Our product to identifies bad actors and spot trends and patterns indicative of program fraud, waste, or abuse. Examples: uncovering schemes around telemedicine and lab testing, using machine learning algorithms to uncover providers whose billing behaviors changed drastically over the last two months.
Backtrack Analytics: Once we know a person has tested positive, Backtrack Analytics can look for patterns of connectivity between people before infection, through shared addresses, relationships, and medical services. This detects infection hotspots and helps inform preventative actions.
Impact Analysis: The crisis has changed us, and more specifically, changed healthcare. Rear-view analysis has become critical. To address this, we identify how provider, patient, and program behaviors changed in response to new policies, isolation rules & state action. We have analytic tools designed to take historical data and spot what worked, what needs to be changed, and what should be continued.
