Nancy now advises states and organizations on quality improvement, system design, and community integration to enhance outcomes for individuals with I/DD and their families.

Under his leadership, Ohio became the first Technology First state. He has served on numerous national and state boards, including as President of NASDDDS and OPRA, and is widely respected for his innovative, person-centered approach to system transformation.
